Fees and Insurance

Our fee is $175 per one hour session, $200 for the initial assessment. We often have a sliding scale option based on income and financial situations.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna.

We can work with clients to get reimbursement from other insurance companies, which is often very successful.

Cash, check, and credit card are accepted for payment.

The offices are connected to my home. Enter through the side entrance, on the right / western side of the house.

There is free parking on the street. The Main St. “L” and the Metra stop is 3 blocks away.

Schedule

We have office hours during the day, evenings and weekends. We see clients once or twice per week, or on a check in basis as the client needs.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your therapist at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
